Public transport

The tour can be reached by public transport. The following Wartburgmobil lines stop in Klings:
  • Route 132: Dermbach - Diedorf - Empfertshausen - Zella - Neidhardshausen - Glattbach - Dermbach
  • Route 133: Dermbach - Andenhausen - Empfertshausen - Klings - Diedorf - Fischbach/Rh. - Kaltennordheim - Kaltenlengsfeld - Kaltensundheim

Getting there

The tour can be approached via the A71. To do this, leave the autobahn at exit 21 Meiningen-Nord. Then take the B19 via Meiningen to Walldorf. After passing through Walldorf, you drive via Herpf and Stepfershausen to Kaltensundheim. Shortly before Kaltensundheim you have to turn right to get to Kaltennorddheim. You drive through Kaltennordheim to Diedorf. Here you turn left to reach Klings.
