The starting point is the Neustädter Haus, a Rhön hiking hut where you can also park directly.

From there, the entrance to the Flowtrail is just a short distance east of the parking lot. Now the ride on the almost 2 kilometer long trail can begin. Jumps, tables, waves, berms and a North Shore element await you as obstacles. All elements can be bypassed if you don't want to challenge them.

The Irenkreuz parking lot marks the end of the trail. A paved path takes you back to the starting point.

There are terms of use for the Flowtrail Kreuzberg. You can read about them here.

Author’s recommendation

There are places to stop for refreshments on the Kreuzberg (monastery and all kinds of huts) and in Bischofsheim; the latter also has a bike park.
