Safety informationThe tourist paths of the Rhön are mostly also used by other active people (hikers, mountain bikers, cyclists, walkers, horse riders, cross-country skiers, etc.).
We ask all active nature sports enthusiasts to be considerate of one another. Of course, the same applies to nature - it is worth protecting. In the Rhön, nature sports should therefore only be practiced in daylight on designated paths and areas.
By roadHilders can be reached by car via the A7. Leave the autobahn at exit 92 Fulda-Mitte. Then drive onto the B458 in the direction of Hilders. This route takes you directly to the Hilders district of Batten. At the T-junction there, turn right and immediately right again. There is a small parking lot there.
