Wanderparkplatz EllenbogenThe hiking car park can be accessed via the A7, among other things. To do this, leave the autobahn at exit 92 Fulda-Mitte and drive onto the B458 in the direction of Hilders. Follow the road until you reach the village of Batten. Here you turn right at the T-junction in the direction of Ehrenberg-Wüstensachsen. In the village of Seiferts, turn left in the direction of Birx/Frankenheim and Hochrhönstraße. Shortly after leaving the town, turn left in the direction of Frankenheim/Birx. After leaving Frankenheim, shortly after entering a forest, you will reach the turn-off to Ellenbogen. Follow this and a short time later you will reach the Ellenbogen hiking car park.
Schwarzes Moor hiking car park
The hiking car park can be accessed via the A7, among other things. To do this, leave the autobahn at exit 92 Fulda-Mitte and drive onto the B458 in the direction of Hilders. Follow the road until you reach the village of Batten. Here you turn right at the T-junction in the direction of Ehrenberg-Wüstensachsen. In the village of Seiferts, turn left in the direction of Birx/Frankenheim and Hochrhönstraße. Following the road you reach the Black Moor and follow the local signs to the hiking car park (left side of the road).
