The approximately 26-kilometer-long "Rhönexpress Bahn-Radweg" is a true parade route. It leads from Zeitlofs to the Wildflecken marketsquare and runs on the former route of the Sinntalbahn (railway). Where trains used to roar through the idyllic landscape, cyclists can now enjoy the natural surroundings on a well-developed and comfortable route. Because cycling along the former railway line has a big advantage: thanks to the even, slight incline, cyclists are completely effortless on the entire tour. This makes the Rhönexpress cycle path the ideal route for family trips and is also well suited for inline skaters. But touring cyclists are also on the new route: As a section of the long-distance cycle path "From Main to Rhön", it is connected to the region's extensive long-distance network.
The tour through the Sinntal can be continued to Gemünden am Main.

Wildflecken
The journey to Wildlfecken by public transport can be reached via the "Wildflecken Rathausplatz" bus stop with the following line from the Bad Kissingen district:
- Route 8057: Bad Brueckenau - Wildflecken - Bad Neustadt
- Line 8057 - Sinntalbus: Bad Brueckenau - Wildflecken - Kreuzberg
By road
ZeitlofsYou can arrive by car via the A7. To do this, leave the Autobahn at exit 95 Bad Brueckenau/Wildflecken and take the B286 in the direction of Bad Brueckenau. The road is followed to Bad Brückenau. Shortly before the end of the city, follow the signs in the direction of Staatsbad Bad Brückenau. If the priority road bends, you do not follow it, but continue straight ahead. Zeitlofs is reached shortly afterwards on the St2289.
Wilflecken
You can arrive by car via the A7. To do this, leave the autobahn at exit 95 Bad Brueckenau/Wildflecken and take the B286 in the direction of Bad Brueckenau. This road will be left again a short time later. To do this, follow the signs to Wildflecken and turn right onto St2289. A few kilometers later you can turn left towards Wildflecken.
